Second Clutter for Cannoli Yard Sale: A Huge Success

Thanks to the generosity of Cannoli fans, who donated thousands of items to the sale, the second annual Clutter for Cannoli Yard Sale raised over $1200 to benefit animal welfare in the Lavaca and King William neighborhoods.

Held on Saturday, June 30, the yard sale featured a wide variety of merchandise that seemed to appeal to buyers. Many even contributed additional funds to the cause by adding money to the bowl set aside for contributions at the checkout table.

Cannoli fans volunteered with pre- and post-sale tasks, as well as during the day. Even the weather cooperated, with temperatures a good bit lower than those during the preceding week. A brief afternoon shower slightly dampened remaining merchandise, but did no major damage.

All proceeds will be used to fund projects of The Cannoli Fund. Be on the lookout for next year’s sale, which will undoubtedly be even bigger and better!
