You can contact the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sa.gov\/Directory\/Departments\/ACS\/Wildlife\/Cats\/TNR\">ACS Community Cat Program<\/a> Coordinator at 210-207-6696 or email <a href=\"mailto:acsccp@sanantonio.gov\">acsccp@sanantonio.gov<\/a>. T-N-R (Trap, Neuter, Return) has been proven to be the most effective, humane, and only scientifically-proven method to control cat populations. All community cats in San Antonio can be spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and ear-tipped for FREE at The City of San Antonio&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sanantonio.gov\/Animal-Care\/What-We-Do-Services\/Outdoor-Cats-TNR\">Animal Care Services (ACS).<\/a> No zip code restrictions! <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sanantonio.gov\/Animal-Care\/About-ACS\/Contact-Us-Facilities\">ACS&#8217; address is 4710 State Highway 151, San Antonio, 78227<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cats must be at least two pounds and two months of age. Cats can reproduce as young as five months old so make an appointment for kittens as soon as, or before they can be fixed, since there are waits for appointments. Only two cats can be brought for services at a time with this program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/waitwhile.com\/book\/saacsccpsx\/party-size\">Appointments are required<\/a> and cats must be in a wire humane trap or wire transport carrier. Cats in soft, plastic, or kennels (wire or plastic) aren&#8217;t accepted.
